First of all I want my brides to know that I am here to work with them on finding their new wedding date at this difficult time. This is not something that any bride anticipates.
My top tips for brides wanting to reschedule, consider weekdays & Sundays as these will be easier for your suppliers to move with you! Secondly remain calm, if the venue is letting you reschedule then this is amazing and your big day will still go ahead and lastly keep in touch with your suppliers as much as possible giving them new potential dates so you can try and line up their availability if they are willing to reschedule with you.
I take non refundable booking fees of 50% of the wedding cost and this is something I have in place to protect my business the same for any self employed person, this is not a circumstance we expect it to be used in but all the same we have to implement it or we risk losing out financially at a huge amount. At this time I am unable to work and I still have bills to pay.
However due to the situation we are in I am trying to be as empathetic and offer as much help as I possibly can, so again please know I am here to do what I can to accommodate.
Therefore if you are booked with me and need to postpone or re arrange your wedding date, I am happy to do so, where I am able to do so.
If you cannot find a date that we can both move to I am unable to offer a refund at this point in time, however I can give you the money you have paid back in vouchers to be used on any treatments I offer (makeup lessons, makeup application and HD Brows) as I still want to be able to offer you something.
I have attached a diary with my current available dates and I will do my best to update them regularly - if are rescheduling please let me know as I am anticipating an extremely busy autumn winter period now & 2021 dates are fast filling up.
